Credential review and controlled disclosure
Procurement teams need evidence they can verify, while current business documents may contain confidential details. MZZ keeps public company facts and dated historical records separate from current confidential documents. Current files are reviewed privately and released only after a real cooperation need, scope checks and owner approval.
Public company evidence
MZZ publishes its operating history, Shenzhen office and Huizhou manufacturing-base addresses so buyers can begin company checks without receiving confidential certificate files.
OMRON — dated historical record
A historical record names 深圳市煜坤科技有限公司 as an authorized distributor for an identified South China scope and expires on 31 March 2022. It supports an accurate historical statement only and is not presented as proof of current authorization.
ZETTLER — dated historical record
A historical appointed-distributor record names Shenzhen En-winner S&T Co., LTD / 深圳市煜坤科技有限公司 for identified products and runs from 8 September 2017 to 8 September 2018. It is not presented as proof of current authorization.
Current documents — controlled review
Current applicable documents are not public downloads and are not attached to bulk prospecting. After a buyer or partner confirms a concrete cooperation or supplier-qualification need, MZZ identifies the relevant file and seeks owner approval for that recipient and purpose.
Scope checked before release
Before any current document is released, MZZ checks the named legal entity, issuer, brand and product scope, territory, validity period and limitations. The file must still be valid and relevant to the cooperation under review.
Different relationships remain separate
Product support, authorization, OEM manufacturing, component supply and own-brand activity are separate facts. MZZ states relay contract-manufacturing experience through its Huizhou base for TE Connectivity and a metal-component supply relationship with HONGFA separately; neither statement alone proves distribution authorization.
Release is recorded
A controlled release records the recipient, business purpose, owner decision, delivery reference and any watermark or NDA reference. One approval is not reused for another company or purpose.

What buyers usually ask
Do the brand logos prove current authorization?
No. They identify product support. Any current relationship claim is checked against the specific applicable document.
Can current credentials be reviewed during supplier onboarding?
Yes. State the company, brand, product scope and purpose. MZZ will review which current document applies and request owner approval for controlled release.
Will confidential documents be published publicly?
No. Current certificate files are not public downloads or bulk-email attachments.
