What a useful certificate should answer
A document should identify the named company, issuer, brand or product scope, territory, validity period and any limitations. A certificate is not extended beyond the text it contains.

The document set is selected for the actual part, source and customer review requirement. Unrelated or expired material is not presented as proof for a current supply claim.
Customer verification
Where an issuer provides a verification path, the buyer can cross-check it. Additional due-diligence questions are recorded and answered before supplier approval.
