This notice explains how Shenzhen Yukun Technology Co., Ltd.（深圳市煜坤科技有限公司）collects and uses personal data submitted through the MZZ Electronic Components website.

1. Controller and contact route

Shenzhen Yukun Technology Co., Ltd.（深圳市煜坤科技有限公司）is the controller of personal data submitted through this website.

To contact us about privacy or personal data, open the request form, select Company / privacy request, and describe the request in the message field. Include the original case number when available and provide only the information needed for us to identify and handle the request. No separate privacy email address is currently published on this website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the request, the form may collect:

• name, business email, company, company country or region, and optional telephone or WhatsApp details;
• request type, ship-to country or region, requested timing, BOM text, manufacturer names, full manufacturer part numbers, quantities and sourcing requirements;
• documentation, inspection, traceability, supplier-onboarding or additional message details;
• case number, submission time, processing status and a duplicate-prevention identifier; and
• limited campaign fields: utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign.

The inquiry table does not include an IP-address or browser-fingerprint field. Website and network providers may still process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Do not submit passwords, verification codes, private keys, bank or card credentials, government identification numbers, health information or other sensitive personal data through this form.

3. Why we use the information

We use submitted information to receive, validate, record and review an inquiry; prevent duplicate submissions and misuse; investigate requested products and possible sources; prepare a response or quotation for human review; handle supplier onboarding, company verification or privacy requests; maintain necessary inquiry records; and meet legal obligations or manage legal claims.

For individuals in the EEA or United Kingdom, the applicable legal basis may include taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a business-to-business inquiry process and protecting it from misuse, and compliance with legal obligations. The required acknowledgement beside the submit button is limited to handling this request and is not permission for unrelated bulk marketing.

4. Required and optional information

Required fields are needed to identify and handle the selected request. Telephone or WhatsApp details are optional. A BOM and ship-to destination are required for sourcing requests. Supplier-onboarding and privacy requests can be submitted without a BOM when the message or documentation field explains the request.

5. Who may receive the information

Information may be accessed by authorized personnel handling the inquiry; website hosting, database and technical providers; relevant manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, inspection providers or logistics providers when needed to investigate supply; professional advisers; and authorities where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Only information reasonably needed for the task should be shared. A supplier does not automatically need the requester's full contact details.

6. Hosting and international processing

The website uses Sites and a Cloudflare D1 database, and the controller operates from China. Depending on hosting, network routing, technical support and authorized business access, submitted data may be stored, routed, supported or accessed outside the requester's country, including China and locations where service providers operate.

This website does not claim that a particular adequacy decision, certification, standard contractual clause or other transfer mechanism applies unless it has been verified for the relevant processing. If company policy or applicable law requires a particular data-location or transfer arrangement, first submit a minimal Company / privacy request. Do not include a detailed BOM until that requirement has been reviewed.

7. Retention

• An inquiry with no continuing commercial activity is scheduled for deletion or irreversible anonymization within 12 months after submission or the last meaningful interaction, whichever is later.
• An inquiry connected to active onboarding, quotation, order, dispute or legal claim may be retained while active and for up to 24 months after it closes.
• A privacy-request record may be retained for up to 24 months after closure so its handling can be demonstrated.
• Information required for accounting, tax, trade, contractual or legal-claims obligations may be retained longer, limited to what is necessary for the required period.

Technical and security logs controlled by a hosting provider may follow that provider's applicable retention schedule.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data. You may object where processing relies on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Use the contact route in section 1 and state the right you wish to exercise. We may request proportionate information to verify identity and protect the record from unauthorized disclosure. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority where you live or work, or where an alleged infringement occurred.

9. Automated processing and commercial limits

The form automatically validates fields, identifies duplicate submissions, stores an inquiry and issues a case number. It is not connected to an independent AI model that makes legal or similarly significant decisions. It does not issue a binding quotation or promise stock, price, quantity, lead time, authorization, documentation or supply. Those matters require separate human verification and commercial confirmation.

10. Security and sensitive commercial information

We limit the requested information to the business inquiry and use technical and organizational controls appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a BOM contains export-controlled, contract-restricted or particularly sensitive material, first use a minimal Company / privacy request to ask whether a controlled sharing route is available.

11. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when processing, service providers, retention practices or contact arrangements change. The date below identifies the published version.
